- Function & working principle
| 1.Power Input: Receives 24V power from the excavator’s battery/alternator via the cabin wiper switch. |
| 2.Motor & Gearbox: The high‑speed electric motor is slowed down by a worm gear reduction to produce high torque (strong turning force) at low RPM. |
| 3.Motion Conversion: Rotational motion from the gearbox is converted to back‑and‑forth (reciprocating) motion via an internal crank/linkage, which moves the wiper arm. |
| 4.Parking Mechanism: When switched off, the motor automatically parks the wiper blade at the bottom of the windshield (out of the operator’s view). |
